    BSOD - tcpipreg.sys "DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS"

    Hi Everybody,

I'm using the IT Edition v 3.3.0.7 Recovery Environment CD and I get the following error when I boot up in the Vista mode:

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

    tcpipreg.sys

    DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS

    ...

    ...

    Technical information:

    *** STOP: 0X000000CE (0x8486E1D7, 0x00000000, 0x8486E1D7, 0x00000000)

    tcpipreg.sys

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated - I need to evaluate the restoration to a smaller drive capability.

     Kind regards,

    Max

I am also having this issue on a Toshiba Satellite A200 laptop (currently with Vista installed on the hard drive).

Using the IT Edition to boot into the Vista RE, it gets to the end of Windows loading grey bar and starts with the Vista screen of loading, but then almost immediately it will blue screen with the error GoldMember has pointed out.

Can boot into the 2003 RE fine (albeit slowly - but that is expected behaviour with the 2003).

     Any suggestions?
