I have a Base image being run on Saturday at 17.00 then through the week I have 3 incrementals running each day. I've just downloaded and installed the latest version and have image manager. Im just not sure what the best procedure is for consolodating incrementals. Can someone offer advice based on my current shedule.

If you're taking a new base on Saturdays, and only 3 incrementals during the week, I wouldn't even bother installing ImageManager.  ImageManager's functionality really only applies to "Continuous Incremental" backup jobs.  For all other jobs (daily, weekly, monthly) just go into the job's Advanced Options and in the Retention Policy tab configure the desired policy.  You can edit an existing job if you forgot to do this when you created it.
