Hi guys,

I've just created the .iso file to use when recovering files and thought I'd test it out to see that all is OK.

As I'm unable to move the cursor up and down the screen (to select 1. from the list), I presume the fact that I use a USB wireless keyboard is the problem.  Am I right in thinking I'll have to get a cheap PS/2 keyboard from somewhere to plug in if ever I need to do a recovery or is there a way round this?

Go into the BIOS and turn on anything that looks like Legacy DOS.

That worked for me.

Also check your USB items and see what's on and what's off.
