Shadowuser 2.5 has been in the market for a long time now.  No updates minor or major builds seem to have come out for some time now.

 Is the product 'perfect' in this respect?

 Is there development of a new vrsion or improved version in the near future or has this program been abandoned as far as R&D is concerned and is selling on an 'as is' basis?

No product that I know of is perfect, however ShadowUser has been in a stable state for a long time.  I've been using the same version of ShadowUser on my home computers for years now without a single problem.  I don't know of any plans for a near-future update (new version) of ShadowUser.  When we get the time (if we can every tear our focus away from ShadowProtect) we'd like to add Vista support to ShadowUser as this is the primary request we receive for that product line.

Evaluation of ShadowUser proving to be a pain as the app hangs mc (tried on 2 different mc's) at the Windows logo and progress bar. Have to do a hard reboot 2 or 3 times & 'Last know good...' to get the mc to boot and ShadowUser activates.  Sounds like a useful product if I can get mc's to boot up normally, has anyone come across this pproblem and the cure?

I have exactly the same issue. When using with XP.Pro.SP3 on a older PC the program work great but now with a new system same XP.Pro.SP3 but new hardware, Intel Core 2 Quad and newer DDR3 memory, the program installs fine until you activate and reboot. It just dosen't seem to want to bootup so I have to boot in Safe Mode deactivate and then reboot, everything is fine.

The program no longer works with new hardware that is on the market so prehaps it could do with updating?
