Any chance of some email notification or similar out of ImageManager so that we know if it has failed.
Not having any auditing of failures is a major weakness in the program.

Can you create a Support case from the REquest Help option above and send us your imagemanager1.log?
I can do, but I don't need help analysing the errors I need you to change ImageManager so it alerts me when there is an error.
Hopefully you know what the error codes / messages are :-)
