Can't undock laptop with ShadowProtect

I am running ShadowProtect Desktop Edition on my ThinkPad T61p laptop under Windows Vista Ultimate. When I attempt to eject the laptop from its docking station, Windows tells me: You cannot eject your computer because one of the devices in the docking station, 'Generic Volume', cannot be stopped...
