Yeah, Lenovo's have strange set up. The default Vista bootmanager (bootmgr) is on the Service partition "S:", rather than on the normal System partition "C:". Try making the S: drive the Active (boot) partition. You can do that by booting into the ShadowProtect CD and selecting...
