    Thank you, Scott, for the clarification. As noted previously, I have used both ShadowProtect Desktop and the Connected Backup/PC service on the same PC (Windows XP and Windows Vista) without difficulty, so it is good to know that the products are compatible.

    Scott, I have read that LiveVault by Iron Mountain uses the StorageCraft driver; but, my impression is that the “Connected Backup for PC” product does not. True or false? Thank you.
