I can do, but I don't need help analysing the errors I need you to change ImageManager so it alerts me when there is an error. Hopefully you know what the error codes / messages are :-) Cheers, Ian Watkins

Notification of errors from ImageManager

Any chance of some email notification or similar out of ImageManager so that we know if it has failed. Not having any auditing of failures is a major weakness in the program. Ian Watkins

imagemanager multi threads?

I notice that imagemanager will only have one collapse job running per server. Is it possible to have more than one? I have multiple luns presented to a single server and want to have one collapse job running per LUN if possible. Please let me know if this is possible.

ImageManager does periodic reverifies of your whole image chain, If it detects a bad file it will create a new log entry in the folder containing the chain. It should list the offending file in there, ShadowProtect will fail to create the backups if ImageManager flags that there is a bad piece of the...

Aldo, it seems like you might be getting connected ok. As you stated when the ImageManager program is first started the title bar reads "ShadowProtect ImageManager [Not Connected]". If you look carefully after you do File | Connect to Server, and click connect, if you don't get any errors...

The ImageManager service runs under the local system account, therefor it doesn't have access to the NAS. You can either open up the NAS completely, to all users or you can do the following: Start -> Run: services.msc Find StorageCraft ImageManager Service -> Properties -> Log On It says...
