When you are not able to connect, check TaskManager to make sure the ImageManager process is running and the Application Event log to see if there are ImageManager errors. Let me know what you find.

I have installed and am running both Shadowprotect 3.1.0.3 and ImageManager 1.0.22.0 successfully for about 10 days. I have had a need (for other reasons) to reboot the machine after ~3 days. In most cases after that, I cannot connect ImageManager to localhost. I can look at the imagemanager.exe file...
